We are the cradle of mixed Barbershop

We established ourselves as a mixed association of women and men and were the first barbershop association worldwide to allow mixed choruses and quartets in our competitions. Since 2012, we have also been organising the World Mixed Barbershop Championship. The strict separation between male, female and mixed ensembles is gradually being lifted in all countries – we are proud to see ourselves as pioneers of ‘everyone in harmony’.

About BinG!

We are Germany's leading barbershop association. With numerous events such as Harmony College, the Barbershop Music Festival and the new European Harmony Academy, the association offers its members a wide range of services. This is certainly one of the reasons why barbershop music is becoming increasingly popular in the German a cappella scene. For everyone between the ages of 16 and 25, there is also the annual A Cappella Youth Camp – a cool experience full of music, fun and nice people that you shouldn't miss!
