Lucas Bitzer

Lucas has been passionate about barbershop and choral music since childhood, competing multiple times - becoming European Male Quartet Champion in 2013.

As a coach and lecturer, he draws on his background as a certified Alexander Technique teacher—specializing in body awareness and habit recognition—and his certification as a voice teacher from the Lichtenberger Institute for Applied Voice Physiology. As a physicist with PhD, he is also an overtone enthusiast, blending his love for science and technology into his teaching.

Since 2023, Lucas has been a certified BinG! (Barbershop in Germany) coach and has served on the faculty of several Harmony Colleges and Harmony Universities. In 2024, he became a BHS candidate judge (singing category). As a board member of the BinG! youth association, he is dedicated to fostering youth development and spreading the joy of barbershop music.
