You don't have to buy your ticket yourself; someone else can buy a ticket for you.

Our terms and conditions clearly state the deadlines for cancellations and the associated cancellation fees. Since unexpected illness can never be ruled out, we recommend taking out seminar cancellation insurance. For example, Hanse Merkur and Ergo offer such policies. Please check whether these provide the necessary coverage for your needs.

To avoid overcrowding at mealtimes, there are two groups (A and B) with different lunch and dinner times (slots). Upon check-in, you can choose one of the two groups and will receive a small sticker as a reminder.

The hostel kitchen tries to accommodate all our dietary needs. In addition to vegetarian options, vegan and gluten-free meals are also available. If you bring your own food and need to keep it refrigerated, you will have access to a separate refrigerator.

Water and tea are always available free of charge; coffee is also available at breakfast. In addition, you can purchase inexpensive drinks, including alcoholic beverages, at the bar.

There are 4-bed rooms, two 6-bed rooms, and a few 3-bed rooms. All rooms have a shower and toilet; bed linen is provided, and towels can be rented for a fee. So, if necessary, bring your own. Some rooms are wheelchair accessible and can be reached without stairs – please contact us if you require this.

Unfortunately not! We take into consideration allergy sufferers and guests who are afraid of dogs.

The majority of courses are taught in English. However, more than a third are now held in German.

Electives (1 x 45 min.), identical courses on the 2nd and 3rd day;
Class (1 x 90 min.), double lesson on one day;
XXL Class (2 x 90 min.), 2 double lessons as one unit at the same time on the 2nd and 3rd day

Unsere Faculty besteht aus nationalen und internationalen Coaches mit herausragender Expertise. Die Namen und Bios findet ihr auf unserer Eventseite.

Es gibt 3 Projektchöre: SSAA-High Voices, TTBB-Low Voices und SATB-Young Voices (bis einschl. 26 Jahre).
Wie die Zusätze schon sagen, ist der SSAA Chorus für hohe Stimmen geeignet und der TTBB Chorus für tiefe Stimmen, dabei ist es egal welchem Geschlecht ihr euch zugehörig fühlt. SSAA und TTBB sind für alle offen. Wer beispielsweise Bass im Frauenchor singt, könnte im TTBB Chorus Lead oder Bari singen. 

• Am 1. Abend findet traditionell der Quartettwettbewerb von BinG! (Coesfeld Cup) statt.

• Am 2. Abend finden das Mitgliederforum und die Little Brigade statt.

• Am 3. Abend findet das Chorditorium statt. Das Chorditorium ist ein bunter Abend mit offener Bühne. Es kann jede*r teilnehmen – nach Anmeldung vor Ort am selben Tag (Bekanntmachung vor Ort). Eine Darbietung pro Gruppe.

• Am letzten Tag ist das Abschiedkonzert. Jeder Projektchor präsentiert seine zwei erarbeiteten Songs (Die jeweiligen Outfits werden in SCHED bekannt gegeben). Danach folgt das kollektive Gruppenumarmen zur Verabschiedung...

Am 2. Abend des HC bietet der Vorstand unseres Vereins im Rahmen des Mitgliederforums die Gelegenheit zum offenen Austausch zwischen Mitgliedern und Vorstand. Gerne können auch neue Ideen und Anregungen zur Weiterentwicklung von BinG! eingebracht werden.

Parallel zum Mitgliederforum wird eine kleine Brigade angeboten. Jeder, ob Quartettneuling oder „Alter Hase“ darf mitmachen. Hauptsache singen! Die Plätze sind limitiert, daher ist eine Anmeldung in SCHED im Voraus erforderlich. Es werden 3 Songs in SATB / Mixed zur Verfügung gestellt, die auswendig gelernt werden müssen, um sie in wechselnden Quartettformationen mit den anderen Teilnehmer:innen singen zu können.

Jedes registriertes BinG! Quartett. Die Registrierungsfrist endet im August, das genaue Datum wird noch bekannt gegeben.

Ja! Jedes BinG! Quartett kann sich für den Coesfeld Cup anmelden. Die Einladung dazu wird Mitte Juni an alle BinG! Quartette versendet.

Jedes Quartett muss 2 contestable (wettbewerbsfähige) Songs vortragen. Wenn ihr euch nicht sicher seid, kontaktiert vorab einen Arrangeur oder Music Judge.

Jedes registriertes BinG! Quartett wird Mitte Juni vom Vorstand angeschrieben und kann sich dann direkt zur Teilnahme anmelden.

Jedes 2. Jahr ist das Coesfeld Cup die Qualifikation für das Barbershop Musikfestival. Das nächste BMF findet in 2026 statt, dafür qualifiziert man sich beim Coesfeld Cup 2025.
